Pfcs. Lori Piestewa and Jessica Lynch were members of the Army’s 507th Maintenance Company that was attacked March 23 when it made a wrong turn near Nassiriyah, Iraq. Lynch was rescued. Piestewa and eight others were killed.
Pastor Corbett should use the dilemma to re-examine his notion of God pulling life and death levers in this war. Otherwise, it’s hard to see how he can be helpful to people when bad things happen to them or their loved ones.
