Last week I told Norm, my business coach, that I’d do five things to promote Real Joe this week. My phone meeting with him was a 6 am this morning so I got up at 4 and banged out some but not all of my homework.
- Post to an email discussion list and message board: DONE (Dads and Daughters “Dads-Talk“); I sent email asking for introduction (Cafe Utne). (BTW, I’m not planning spam-type blurbs to any conversation area. Wherever I post, I plan to be active/contribute to the discussions… not just for PR but for my own learning and getting more ideas/links for Real Joe.)
- Get listed in a search directory: DONE. Real Joe is listed in the Google/Open Directory Project at Computers: Internet: On the Web: Weblogs: Personal: R so I requested a change to: Society: People: Men: Issues
- Exchange a blog roll/reciprocal link: Initiated conversation via email
- Ask my fellow Inner Circle members to subscribe: Not done
- Publish a new Fresh Joe: Not done
