I think everyone has this tendency to some degree. My first round of contacting organizations for online moderating and community-building consulting/contract work had mostly fallen flat up until the past couple of weeks. And now that I think about it, I settled into a bit of a “wishing/hoping” mode.
But lately I’ve been pulling out all the stops on a bunch of new prospects and it’s starting to pay off. I’m growing confident that I’ll be able to make enough income to keep me going while I continue to work on all things Joe.
