Late last week, the guy who I considered to be a perfect candidate to co-host the radio show pilot I’m working on, dropped out due to time constraints. I was disappointed for a few hours and then it occurred to me that there’s no way for sure to know what’s good news or bad news, just like the story about the Chinese farmer that I noted in my weblog waaaay back last August.
Yesterday, I had lunch with a well-known, well-respected independent radio producer and he’s willing to help in any way he can. I’m thrilled, of course, but it again occurred to me, “Good news, bad news, who knows?” I’m just trying to listen and see, and then follow where this vocational trail I’m on seems to lead.
