People who cannot find time

People who cannot find time for recreation are obliged sooner or later to find time for illness. John Wanamaker

I don’t have a problem finding time for recreation, but I’m now at the point in my life where I need to do both some overall muscle conditioning, and probably some yoga-type stretching. Neither is appealing. Maybe my outlook would improve if I’d see doing this as a way to improve my ability to enjoy other sports, rather than as just something I should be doing because it’s good for me. Yeah, that feels better. I need to get into shape for rock climbing and snowboarding, should the day come when we’re back on our feet financially.
