I don’t fully understand why I’ve forgiven my dad for all his behavior over the years. And I seem to be forgiving my mother, too, despite my current disagreements with her over Dad’s care. Where did the seed of hope come from that got planted in me? I wonder if this what’s referred to by some as ‘grace.’
